The Human Resource and Development Mission welcomes applications for Medhavi National Scholarship Scheme 2021 from Class 10 passed students who are in the age group of 16–40 years. The goal of the scholarship is to give monetary help to the praiseworthy students, to meet a piece of their everyday costs while seeking higher examinations or groundwork for the work.
There are three main scholarship exams under Medhavi National Scholarship Scheme, viz SAMADHAN (I and II), SAKSHAM, and SWABHIMAN. Each will have a scholarship exam being conducted. Each exam has its own benefits. The applications for SAKSHAM, SWABHIMAN, and SAMADHAN have already been closed for session 2021. Currently, it is inviting the application for SAMADHAN II. The dates for the same are tabulated below:

Medhavi Scholarship 2021 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for all types of scholarship exams is the same as given below:
- Applicant should be 16-40 years old.
- The candidate should be a resident of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan outcast who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the aim of staying permanently in India.
- An individual of Indian origin who has moved from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, or East African nations of Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam for settling permanently in India can likewise apply.
- The applicant must have passed class 10th as a minimum qualification measure or equivalent assessment from a reputed institution.
- Those who have done 12th along with graduation are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Medhavi Scholarship 2021 How to Apply?
- Applicants should apply online through Medhavi Android Application. Applications that have been received via some other mode would not be acknowledged and immediately dismissed.
- Filling of Personal Details.
- Fees submission
- Submit the application form after the fee deposit.
- An affirmation mail comprising enrollment ID will be sent the E-mail of the applicant.
- Subsequent to presenting the Online Application (OA), the applicants are needed to make a snapshot of the last submitted Online Application (OA).
- Applicants do not have to submit the hard copy to the organization either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications.
- The application fee for SAMADHAN is Nil whereas, for SWABHIMAN and SAKSHAM, it is INR 300.
