Federation University being a global leader in research and academic innovation is providing me a platform for a better career. Being an international student we get to do a lot of interaction with the teaching staff and I am enjoying being a part of a close-knit community. The university's primary goal is to provide me the knowledge and skills required to make a difference in the world.
During my studies, I am learning to use innovative and sustainable technology. It is a laboratory-based degree that has a core of basic science studies including principles of modern instrumentation, experimental design and data analysis, biochemical and microbiological techniques and recombinant DNA technology are also included in this course. I will also be exploring the in-depth favorite area through a research project in my final year. This degree also includes some of the compulsory online courses.
Perfect location for where I am currently living, as I didn't want to travel too far, and allows me to work and study. I have completed a diploma here and currently doing an advanced diploma, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The course offers a wide range of subjects that allows everyone to give it a try and decide whether or not they will continue off with it. The diploma is a 1-year course making it jam-packed with classes, however, it is quite rewarding.
