- Campus Life & Social Engagement : the student community is active and diverse , with events and cultural fests creating a livey atmosphere
- Faculty and Mentorship: many students report that the faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable'
- Placements: CMRIT has a dedicated placement cell and for most streams , especially engineering the placements statistics are good.
Dislikes
- INFRASTRUCTURE: while some parts of campus such as labs,classes and libraries are well equipped,others need improvement for example wifi issue
- Classes time : we have classes from morning 8 o'clock to evening 4 o'clock.
Placement Experience:
only those people can see in placements who passed the all language, aptitude and programming tests. and who haven't any backlog history.
top companies- infosys, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Cognizant, Dell, etc.
highest is 25 lakh - 30 lakh per annum
average is: 4-7lakh per annum like TCS, and Cognizant.

- Staff , students , ambience and the environment of the college is very peaceful and positive
Dislikes
- Less opportunity for people who want to do better in the sports field
Course Curriculum Overview:
Teachers could have been more friendly and polite, they need to understand that we have around 16 subjects to study, so they can give us assignments and projects accordingly to that. The exams are going to be very hard as it is only after a month of the starting of the college.

- I love the support from faculties and friendly vibe and college has good auditorium
- they provide lots of skill related courses and support through expert talks and also training from industry experts
- They support you to achieve through the process
Dislikes
- college timings is quite tight and it will be 8 am to 4 pm
- campus is small but used effectively and beautifully
- hostel is quite expensive and also very strict for pg students
Course Curriculum Overview:
as it is VTU , they keep updating the syllbus and also college take care of students extra training through various programs and we have two IATs for each Sem and one main exam at the end of the semester

- My college experience was a mix of both positives and areas for improvement. I appreciated the vibrant campus life, where extracurricular activities, clubs, and events created opportunities for interaction and personal growth.
- The faculty was generally knowledgeable and supportive, with many professors offering valuable mentorship and real-world insights. However, some courses felt outdated and could benefit from curriculum updates.
- Socially, the environment was inclusive, though the girls-to-boys ratio was skewed. Placements were well-organized, with strong ties to industry, but career support could be more personalized
Dislikes
- During my time at college, I found the academic experience to be enriching, thanks to knowledgeable faculty who were dedicated and provided excellent mentorship.
- The course curriculum was well-designed and relevant, helping in both personal and professional development.
- The infrastructure, including classrooms and labs, was modern, providing an effective learning environment.
Placement Experience:
My college starts placements from beginning of 4th yr. Where one can grow skill where he/she is lacking and be prepared for placement. Mostly the placement depends and recession and how many companies visit the campus.

- The college is located is a very beautiful location i.e AECS Layout
- The college campus and infrastructure is very nice. Even classrooms and labs are well equipped
- Our college faculty is very friendly and helps you and supports you
Dislikes
- Hostel is a bit expensive for the facilities they offer
- Campus is a bit small and fests conducted are less compared to other colleges in banglore
Placement Experience:
The placements in our college are pretty good. Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. A lot of companies visit our college like TCS, Cognizant, Koch ,Capegemini, etc and also some japanese companies. This year the highest package was 44lpa.

- The faculty in CMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY are wonderful in teaching
- The Labs are very neat and have all the required facilities
- The campus is vast and ambience is wonderful with lot of greenery
Dislikes
- There is nothing such as i disliked in the campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
the circulum teaches very well where we understand the Applications for the real world the frequency and timing is also sufficient for the difficulty level the VTU provodes teaching method is also great

- The college has a very good location of campus and can be easily reached.
- The teaching staff is good and will do everything they can to help you in anything you need, atleast most of them.
- They have pretty spacious auditoriums and good sports fields and courts for all the sports.
Dislikes
- The fests and functions held here are very less.
- Most of the teachers lack experience when it comes to teaching.
- Infrastructure needs to be improved a little bit, but it's fine.
Placement Experience:
The placements are pretty good in our college and students become eligible for placements from the ending of the 6th semester. There are many companies that visit the college and the average CTC is around Rs. 4,50,000. This year the basic CTC starting from Rs. 3,00,000 and the highest package is Rs. 31,00,000. There is total percentage of more that 70% students getting placed.

- I like the infrastructure . The campus is around 7 acres and they managed to fit all the emminities in that space
- I like the crowd. Many people think its bad but its the other way around
- The teachers push you to the limits which is think is a good thing and it makes us not become lazy
Dislikes
- I dont like how there are some subjects that dont make sense at all like environment studies and stuff
Placement Experience:
The placements are fine
The average package is around 5lpa
As recession is going on the placement rate is not as good as 2-3 years ago
The highest package is 30lpa this was 3 years back when amazon use to come to the college
Now its around 15lpa

- Infrastructure- At the beginning you might feel like it’s not that great and then you get used to it and start liking it.
- Events: A lot of events happen every now and then which gives everyone something to do other than just studying
- Hackathons; There are technical clubs that organise hackathons which are really helpful in building skills
Dislikes
- Vtu curriculum: Since this college comes under vtu ,the syllabus is very hectic and gives less time to focus on building practical and technical skills
Placement Experience:
Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards. The college prepare students with mock placement rounds from 3rd year. Lots of companies visit the college like Infosys ,tcs, Deloitte,and lots of other companies.

- The Campus of Chikka muniyappa institute of technology is very nice
- The security gards of Chikka muniyappa institute of technology are good and advisible
- The proffessors of Chikka muniyappa institute of technology are very friendly

- The way of their conducting the internal exams are very harder
- The way of conducting the internal lab examination of Chikka muniyappa institute of technology is bad
- The COffe cater day also called as CCD for drinking coffee is not good

Sports and skills
The difficulty level of our exams are easy but the timings are not good becayits from 2 to 5
