Malwa Institute of Science & Technology (MIST) offers B.E/ B.Tech course in various discipline at the Undergraduate level. It also offers BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons.) at UG level.
For admission to the B.E/B.Tech courses, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board and must have secured at least 50% aggregate in the above mentioned subjects. For other UG courses, candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from recognized board.
Applicants seeking admission will be selected for admission to B.Tech/B.E. program on the basis of JEE Main followed by state level counseling. Selection to other UG program is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

At postgraduate level, Malwa Institute of Science & Technology, Indore offers Master of Engineering (M.E) program in various fields. Candidates who want to pursue M.E./M.Tech. must have a degree in B.E/B.Tech. in the relevant discipline and should have completed their education in 10+2+4 pattern from a board/university recognized by the state or central government. Admission to all the M.E programs is done through GATE score. The applicants who are seeking admission on the basis of qualifying examination need to directly apply for the Counseling Procedure which is conducted on the state level.

Malwa Institute of Science and Technology offers diploma courses in two disciplines namely in Mechanical Engineering & Civil Engineering. The minimum eligibility for Diploma is 10th pass from recognized board.
Admission to the Diploma program is granted on the basis of valid MP-PPT score followed by counselling conducted by the Institute. Madhya Pradesh Pre-polytechnic Test (MP-PPT) will be conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Government of Madhya Pradesh.
