The college offers placements from 4th year. The Highest package received was 15 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies visited- capgemini ,TCS ,l ti ,Wipro,etc. College's placement record is decent and good .

Placement Experience:

Various companies like Tata Technologies, CtrlS, and Deloitte visited the campus for placements. The placement rate isn't that great. The majority of hiring was done by Tata Technologies and CtrlS with an average package of 4-5LPA.

Students are eligible to opt for campus placements from the third year. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Jio, Ugam, and Infosys are available for placements. Around 80% of students get placed with an average package of 3.5-5 lacs. The highest package is around 15 lacs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams are not that difficult is studied and attended the lecture timely. But on some subjects, you need to focus and cover the derivation and technical parts thoroughly. The results are announced early so that if there is KT in any subject then we can start preparing it.

I had an interest in this course, So I chose it. 60:60 ratio of boys and girls are there in the class. Good teaching facility but need to improve in the method of teaching because the tech world is too advanced.

As it was my dream to work in the automobile sector that's why I choose automobile engineering. For every 10 students we have 1 faculty member, As 60 batch of students have 6 teachers through the subjects. The faculty in Pillai college of engineering holds an MTech or Ph.D. in their respective subject each semester we have 2 unit texts and a final examination with 4 weeks of unit tests held and The faculty helps us to work on our mistakes elaborating on the topics with experience and out of the texts.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester onwards the students are eligible for placement if they don't have any backlogs. lots of companies visited the campus in the past 10 years. LTTS, JARo, JIO, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, and RELIANCE are one of the top recruiters. almost 80 percent of students get placed. I am also looking for a placement.

Placement Experience:

The placement is offered to the final year students but the college provides an internship for each student during the remaining years of college. About 80% of the students have been placed. The remaining students have other plans like applying for higher education or for startups.
