- I like the infrastructure of our college with modern amenities and the elevators for students students also.
- We have spacious cafeteria place for all the students from every faculty with good food .
- We have 2 big grounds for playing activites and even we have gym for exercise
Dislikes
- As the infrastructure is modern we get confuse as there are many wings .
- We don't have that much spacious labs for our project works.
- The computer system are out dated as we don't have many new versions of cad , fusion 360 and matlab
Course Curriculum Overview
As it was my dream to work in the automobile sector that's why I choose automobile engineering. For every 10 students we have 1 faculty member, As 60 batch of students have 6 teachers through the subjects. The faculty in Pillai college of engineering holds an MTech or Ph.D. in their respective subject each semester we have 2 unit texts and a final examination with 4 weeks of unit tests held and The faculty helps us to work on our mistakes elaborating on the topics with experience and out of the texts.
Internships Opportunities
As we have Godrej , Oberoi , trident, preurja , Maruti Suzuki , utpann . Which held for campus placement in our colleges and the average lap was around 2.40-3.20L. As a final-year project, we made a hydraulic oil extraction machine.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is according to the facilities we are provided including examination, laboratory as well as library fees. The cost of the study is worth the money we pay for it as we have complete attention and one on one conversations about studies with our faculty members. As we have plenty of companies for campus selection but I have opted for further studies so I choose not to go for campus placement.
Campus Life
As much as our education is a priority for college they also make sure we are involved in social events to enhance our communication and social skills. We had Alegria in the month of march and markethon also in the same month. In our library, we have all Books for every topic and every stream. In the classroom, we have an air conditioner and projector for better understanding. In Alegria, we have many sports such as cricket, football, basketball, badminton, and even indoor sports. As I was runner up in badminton. We gave car racing teams, then we have a singing group benchmark, and a dancing group too.
Admission
I opted for automobile engineering at Pillai college of engineering and the process online is very much easy for the staff who attended us at Pillai college it was recommended by my sister as she was also in the same college.
