Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is superb even though area is small but still amazing experience. Students are free to do whatever they want to in campus like singing ,dancing ,playing guitars ,etc. THE QUAD area of The College is amazing. The 'Alegria' is the official cultural fest of the college organized in feb every year. It is considered as Navi Mumbai's biggest college cultural fest and Tech-Alegria is the technical fest in the college held anually. NSS,CSI,IEEE, Rangmanch, Benchmark ,etc various clubs are there for showing our skills all the clubs are supportive and encouraging.Sports facilities are also good, college is having its own Gymkhana which is having Badminton court, carrom, kabaddi court ,etc There is a open ground as well.Library is well equipped with all the necessary books as per Syallbus also some general books are there.

Faculty

4.5

All the Faculties are friendly, allowing students to discuss whenever student wants to.It's not necessary to talk about Studies only, faculties are much free to talk about anything that helps students in their life. Faculties are highly qualified and experienced, some of them are IIT graduates.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come
