In my department there will be around 30 lecturers. All are doctorate holders will average experience of 15 years. Most of the faculties are 40 years and above. The lectures are certified with industry experience. We will have smart classes and learning management system for classes. Notes and videos will be updated in the learning management system.

There are about 40 staff in my department alone, out of which atleast 20 have done or are doing their PhDs. The average age of staffs vary from 30s to 50s. They are really helpful in every domain. Every staff publishes a paper once in a while, and sometimes they have students help them and co-publish.

While I'm pursuing 1&2 years the faculty was very nice and perfect and the way of teaching also awesome.when I'm headed to 3 year onwards the college staff was regularly downgraded.on the basis of not giving salaries to them.in Some cases classes were also not conducted
