Ans. The following are the general points that can help you understand the placement process at BIBS:

• The entire placement process (both Summer and Final placements) is managed by a group of students under the placement committee.
• Students need to appear for a Placement Evaluation Test (PET) for their placements. This is a two-part evaluation that covers a written examination, followed by a GD and PI for final grading of all students.
• Students also have to undergo a summer placement project in an organization for 12-15 weeks.
• As per the PET ranks and the requirements of the companies, students are then shortlisted for the interview Process of the company, which may comprise of Aptitude Test, GD, and PI.
• Companies, after completion of the interview Process, may hand out a spot offer to the student or provide a Final selection List to the institute subsequently.

Ans. The highest package recorded at BIBS is INR 13.5 LPA. This figure is recorded as per the BIBS placement report 2025. There were a total of 200+ recruiters for placement last year.
