Ans. Both institutes are considered as the best B-school in India in terms of placement, courses and return on investment (ROI). Indian School of Business (ISB) offers a PGP program in the field of management whereas IIMs offer an MBA program. The fee structure of IIM (around 25 Lakhs) does not differ much from ISB (around 35 Lakhs). In the Financial Times 2018 Global MBA rankings, IIM Ahmedabad-PGPX ranked 31st, ISB ranked 28th, and IIM Bangalore-EPGP ranked 35th.

Ques. Does ISB offer any financial assistance to students enrolled in the Fellow program?
Ans. Currently, the institute provides a scholarship to students that includes tuition fees for the entire duration of the course. It also includes a living allowance of the student ranging between INR 6-7 Lakhs for a year. The Institute considers the family composition of the students and marital status as well.
Ques. What is the cut off for GMAT/ GRE for taking admission to the PGP program?
Ans. The Indian School of Business does not specifically release a cut off for admission criteria. However, the range of GMAT in the current academic session is 600 to 780. On the other hand, the marks for GRE range from 311 to 335.
Ques. Will I have an option to choose ISB campuses?
Ans. Every student applying to the Indian School of Business will have an option to indicate their preferences while filling the application form. During the selection process, the admission committee will consider the preferences filled by the students and allots the campus. However, one can choose the campus exchange program between Term 3 and Term 4 on a 1:1 basis.
Ques. What are the criteria for admission to the Early Entry Option for the PGP program?
Ans. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. S/he must also have a work experience of less than 24 months after post-graduation by March 31. A valid GMAT or GRE score is also mandatory for admission in PGP. However, students belonging to foreign countries must appear in TOEFL/ IELTS score.
