Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM), Noida (UP) kicked off its 2019-21 placement season in the presence of top industry leaders such as Hindustan Unilever, Deloitte, ICICI, PhonePe, Marico, HCL, Bisleri, Berger, ITC, Bajaj Allianz, Dabur, Pepsico, Amul, Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance.
During the 2019-21 placements, the institute witnessed an impressive placement record as over 51 new recruiters participated in the placement drive who offered 113 lucrative placements under various coveted roles in E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile, KPO, Research, and Consulting.

During the 2021 placement drive, over 51 new recruiters offered 113 lucrative placements. This was in addition to 350 registered recruiters. New recruiters included companies like Napino Auto and Electronics, Erraro, Livpure, Canara, HSBC Bank OBC Life Insurance, GEP Worldwide, DTDC Express Limited, Optimus Pharma and McKinley.
Marketing and consulting profiles had dominated the overall placements. Consulting offers made up over 17% of the ongoing placements with 85 students hired as against 77 students last year.
The institute witnessed an increase in the average placement package as it went up to INR. 7.04 LPA as against INR. 6.75 LPA last year.

Consulting offers made up over 17% of the ongoing placements with 85 students hired as against 77 students last year.
The IT and ITES sector has made up 15% of the total offers. Companies like HCL, GEP worldwide, Daffodil Software, Sopra Steria, MyGate, NoPaperForms, Zycus recruited the students.
FMCG, on the other hand, has contributed to 11.5% of the placements so far, by hiring 58 students.
According to the institute, the Banking sector also attracted as many as 50 students, making up for almost 10% of placements at Jaipuria. IDFC First, ICICI, HDFC AU Small Finance Bank were some of the firms that hired the students from the campus.

During the 2020 placement drive, 375+ companies participated in which few were new recruiters. The highest Domestic CTC offered was INR 19.10 LPA by Amazon.com and Highest International CTC offered was INR 14.3 LPA by a Latvia-based company- Unifarma.
JIM Noida achieved a 98% placement record wherein, the average CTC stood at INR. 6.75 LPA.
Students were offered various coveted roles in E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile, KPO, Research, and Consulting. Financial Services (18.1%) is the largest recruiting sector followed by Banking (15.47%) and FMCG (11.39%).
A large number of offers were provided by consulting firms like Deloitte, Moody’s Analytics, Hackett Group, Protiviti Consulting. HDFC Bank, IDFC Bank, HCL, Deloitte were the largest recruiters
The Placement Process saw participation from leading MNCs and Fortune 500s companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Aditya Birla, Amul, Philips, Colgate Palmolive, E&Y, Genpact, ITC, Asian Paints, Landmark, Force motors, Reckitt Benckiser, GSK, Mahindra & Mahindra, MakeMyTrip to name a few.

Banking Sector: 15.47% of the students bagged offers in the Banking Sector which were offered by major recruiters like Axis Bank, Induslnd Bank, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Barclays, ESAF, Fincare, Federal Bank, RBL Bank, HDFC Bank, Bandhan Bank, etc.
FMCG Sector: In the FMCG Sector, 11.39% of the students witnessed jobs offered by the corporates like Amway, Amul, Asian Paints, Bajaj Electricals, Bose, CavinKare, CCD, Coca-Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Crompton Greaves, Emami, Eureka Forbes, Godrej, and so on.
The rest of the 55.44% of students got the roles in Research & Consulting, Automobile, IT/ITES, Retail & Telecommunication in various companies like Force Motors, Mahindra, Netscribes, APAC, KPMG, CGI, HCL, etc.
