- Well equipped Labs , seriousness of proffesors towards academics . The college has Nescafe, canteen and one of the best initiative by the students of enactus ...mitti cafe that provide employment to disabled peoples

Dislikes
- Well though some Professor are very good , but some are very toxic , they dont shy away from showing biasness toward their fav . But well this happems in every college
- The thing i disliked about the college the most is its inability in conducting a good enjoyable fest . Though college is very serkous in academics but it lacks in organising the fest , events, societies dont get properfunds as well
- Dont expect very big campus like life because it hasn't. College start hote hi khtm ho jaata h .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Well for me it was my prior interest in the field of zoology during my neet prep times , that made me to choose this course. Along with that the hansraj colege has good reputation in its zoology department as well .
But the college still follow traditional way of teaching thatbinvolve teaching straight out from ppt , directly reading the sentences for some. Though mosts sof t he soecimens are available in the college but the only bad thing is that the ration of student to microscope is very high . Like most of the microscope don't even work.
It becomes pretty hectic for us to study gor core sub along with electives .taking heavy subject from the pool of ge , sec , vac , is a kind of wastage because most if the teachers don't even take classes properly .

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course relevance I will rated as 9 out of 10 because I still find I need to explore more but overall all they have been very reachable.. its for students welfare and it increases the productivity.

- Placement cell is really active providing good placement opportunities along with various internship opportunities
- The societies are really active heeding to overall development of a student, the college also provide mentorship facility to every student
- The diversity is very high in college both among students as well as teachers, also the college is very welcoming
Dislikes
- The college lacks a bit in infrastructure where the washrooms are not clean enough, the classrooms are often smaller compared to the number of students
- The events organised by college such as fests, freshers as well as other events are not upto the level
- The student to teacher ratio is really high for some courses such as Bcom hons, making it a bit difficult to focus on individuality

Placement Experience:
The overall placement opportunities are good. Students become eligible for placements from semester 5th . Various companies that visit our college are - Accenture, E&Y, Deloitte, PwC etc. The highest package offered was 2300000 and average package was 900000 p .a. Approx 40 percent of the students secured placement. I plan to secure a placement after getting degree from college and pursue masters.

- Infrastructure appears to be pretty much well maintained .
- The crowd is healthy and competitive which helps you to work hard.
- Canteen maintain hygiene and affortable too.
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria of 67.5 is not feasible for everyone.
- The time-table of classes is very hectic .
- Few of the subject like SEC, VAC are not relevant.
Placement Experience:
Student become eligible for campus placement from 5th semester . Companies like HCL , Paytm etc. praticipate . Average placement of college is 9LPA and most of the students placed are from commerce . Highest package is 23LPA.

- GREAT INFRASTRUCTURE: The college area is always clean and is properly maintained, it offers one of the best infra in du, all the classrooms have ac.
- EXPERIENCED FACULTY: The faculty is from top colleges themselves and is also occupied with a long years of experience.
- VERY ACTIVE SOCIEITIES: The socities here are really active, hosting frequent events, inviting great guest and act as a full charger to your personality development journey.
Dislikes
- POLITICS: During the election season it becomes quite hectic with all those people asking for the support and even giving free meals just for the sake, destroying the meaning of fair elections
- STRICTNESS: The administration here is quite strict , especially in regard to attendence
- LACK OF BIG EVENTS : specifically to our college , the events are not being upto the mark of the top college yet, waiting for some big great events
Course Curriculum Overview:
Specially about my course, it is really practical. You get to know about so many economic models and their application through a mix of a lot of maths. It brings in a whole new mindset to look at things going around you. It is highly relevant as well which is clearly visible from the fact that last year this course brought the highest package of 25lpa in the college.

- the teachers from my first year were very helpful with everything
- The exposure i got in my first year was immense for my growth
Dislikes
- the infrastructure and the staffs barely helped
- the principal being very strict really damaged the experience
- the library is barely usable and plus the principal made it a place where we cant even use our electronics
Placement Experience:
After your third year students become eligible for campus placements..There are many companies who visited and have shown interest in our students such as google,microsoft,SBI and many more..The packages offered are very confidential but the percentage of students getting placements are higher than average even im planning to get placements after getting my degree from this college

- One of our college garden is named LP and that is where most students spends most of the time.
- Campus is clean like a whistle and even canteens are so clean that I have my lunch there daily.
- Washrooms too are well maintained at our campus.
Dislikes
- There is a boys hostel but no girls hostel at our campus.

Placement Experience:
Economics Hons can offer financial assistance and become great consultation too. So from Deloitte or the Big 4 many consultancy firms such as BCG and many more may not be that big but do come to our campus for recruitments.

- The faculties are really good, they try to teach us exponentially rather than only going with the text in our semester 1, don't what will happen in semester 2.
- The college has good classes with AC equipped in each classes.
Dislikes
- I don't like the crowded canteen when ever i visit their to have food all the seats are occupied.
- some classes do have really chilled AC but few classes the AC dont even work properly
- The societies are good but the heads of well know societies are arrogant they ask stupid question to us rather than interviewing us based on our skills. Even the societies recently establish has some arrogant head's.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As i am from a business and commerce background this course automatically attracts me, but these course does includes a deep knownledge on Accounts, Law and management which helps an individual to exel in business or some other fields in life. the curiculum surely prepare as it is a practical course full of real life knowledge which we study in law and management. and the course also have a broader future academic pursuits. The course curriculum and teaching methods is great only in MPA ma'am some times try to be practical and ask question but no one is prepared excpet some few kids some it gets difficult, like explanation part get's messed up i guess due to different perspective. The improvement should be with college timing the college must follow timings like Shaheed Bhagat singh college morning and evening classes which makes the college less crowded and efficient as per student needs. The frequency and timings of exam are ok.

- SRK posters which is visible daily is a point i gaze daily and remind myself that I want to achieve those highs.
- Our faculties are Lionel Messi of teaching as they are talented and works hard at the same time.

- Politics is involved in societies and outsiders don't get chances easily.

At HRC placements cell has majority of students from our department and this is the sole reason why I have chosen this course. From consultancy to finance roles everything is possible at HRC as companies like Bain Capital to Boston Consulting Group, every group comes to our college for placements.

- Hansraj College has all the basic infrastructure like labs, Auditorium, Seminar halls, stationary, cafeteria, wide wifi enabled library, ATM, also have a huge parking area, sports ground etc.
- Our college has very good faculties and good placement records for various industry oriented courses such as Computer science, Electronics, Physics etc.
- Hansraj College has many great societies in which you can work as per your interest. Also our college has a numerous well known alumnus who have given rich contribution to our nation.
Dislikes
- I have felt sometimes our college is over crowded.
Placement Experience:
Geology course doesn't produce any campus placement just after UG since it is a field which needs in deep knowledge. But, Hansraj College make you apt for competitive exams after Undergraduation also the atmosphere here help you to prepare for Entrance exams for further education in best Universities.
Also scoring very good marks make you offerable for various scholarships from top institution from all over the world since University of Delhi and Hansraj College are globally recognised.
My current plan is to do an MBA or PG Diploma in Management (especially in the field of Environment, Forestry or Travel and Tourism).

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
