Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is really good. But some improvements could be in the everything is taught most of the focus is just on how to answer questions in exam much more practical application is much appreciated. Frequency and timing of exams is really good.

- The kind of sports facilities and that kind of culture that is provides instill a competitive scheme in us.
- Not just sports but in academics too the completion is high as scholarships and internships perks are given to students of top draw.
- Faculties hired to ensure that students of top draw are produced are also of top draw.

- Political gimmicks are done not just by college but by students too, to become popular unnecessarily.

Placement Experience:
My plans are to do masters as graduation today can give you job opportunities like our college does. From Hindustan Times to various other media houses and popular YouTube channel owners who need content are the ones who provide jobs to English Hons Students. I want to do something beyond this and therefore I will definitely approach more studies post this.

- The college environment was great. There were events happening almost every day.
- Plenty of options for food and entertainment in and around the campus.
- We got new labs with great infrastructure which really helped in the learning experience.
Dislikes
- The administration was very reluctant to approve events and provide space to conduct them.
- The canteen was closed for a long time which meant that students were not able to access affordable food.
- Some faculty members were not upto the mark and classes were boring.
Placement Experience:
Placements start from the 5th Semester and you can apply for them till one year after your graduation. A lot of companies belonging to different tiers visited the campus for placements and made a good number of offers. Students who were serious about getting placements got at least one offer. Highest package was 21 LPA offered by DE Shaw. Average was around 5-6 LPA.

- Hansraj College has more outsiders ratio than other colleges of DU and this makes it best choice college for outsiders.
- Infrastructure is amazing as Hansraj College has an hostel too and for outsiders it can't get better than this.
- Politically our election chaupal is used by various media houses during news debates.
Dislikes
- Local delhites claiming the college the college to be their own and keeping outsiders away from university and college elections.

Placement Experience:
For English Hons receptionist jobs are the main roles that were offered. From tourism to various other streams the companies always comes in large numbers and also hired students in large numbers. Almost 75% students in the last three years have been placed from our college. My plans is to do masters from abroad after finishing my graduation which will be done this year.

- Management is unreliable and not very supportive
- Attendance criteria is too hard to make up for
- The entire campus is very small and should be bigger
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is a little bit outdated but is being worked upon regularly. The fundamentals are taught well and is good for covering basic knowledge but not enough to be applied in real worldbut the teachers help us throughout.

- The atmosphere in the college is very positive and motivating .
- The faculty is always ready to support students and help them in information they needed
- The badminton court and the presence of ac in that is very cool

- I disliked the presence of monkeys as they disturb students
- The unavailability of cricket net or any pitch
- In some blocks availability of uncomfortable benches is the issue but it is manageable.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have great interest in management and accounting so that's why I choose this course and the limitation is that it lacked pratical situations it only deals with theory . The time lag in the exams is less according to me as I suffered incomplete exams in sem 1 or reduce the no.of questions or answer writing pages .

- I really liked the various societies of my college. There are good number of societies in my college where one student can get enrolled into according to their passion and grab many opportunities. And these societies help build your personality.
- Various events that take place in the college. It's never like that our college is not having any event. Events are taking place in the auditorium where various renowned political leaders are as well invited to have one to one speaker session .
- The environment of the college it is a ragging free area where no student is bullied or harrassed. There are various anti ragging community to look into this matter. So the college provides a healthy environment for the students.
Dislikes
- Only thing which I dislike is the infrastructure I think the washrooms can be more well maintained and the other thing is the attendance category. Hansraj follows a strict 67 percent attendance category which is compulsory for all the students.

The college placements are really good. The college even has a placement cell that works quite well. The lowest package offered by the college is of 8 lakhs and the highest is around 30 lakhs something. Many renowned companies come in for the placement. The highest package goes from bcom honours.

- The library of college is lne of the best in whole university.
- There are so many options for food and canteen. The college itself has 1 large vanteen and 3 cafeteria
- A large ground for sports events and lot of equipment also there
Dislikes
- The college admin staff is much strict even to its students and puts unnecessary fines and rules
- You can't access the ground till 12 PM is one of worst rule
- The college fees is very high as compared to all other colleges

Placement Experience:
Placements occur in two phases first in 3rd semester for Phase 1 and then Phase 2 in 4th semester. Percentage of people placed is low but the package and companies they got is excellent. The packages offered from 7.5 LPA to as high as 26 LPA. A lot of big companies visit the campus.

- Tedious examination admit card obtaining process
- No scholarships on purely merit basis of those who don't have financially weak background.
- Strict environment with script discipline like school
Placement Experience:
Average placement package last year was 7.90 LPA. So, overall very beneficial for BCOM and economics students since they get placements. Would have preferred some wide ranging placement availability on the basis of skills than course.

- Facilities realted to sports can discourage .
- There are too many pokitical activities involved in day to day college.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements generally admfter 5 semester. Some beacme eligible after 4 also. The placements process starts in the 5 semester itself. The highest package in 2023 was 34 lakhs per annum.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
