JEC Jabalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is not much good in MCA. It is quite good for Btech students but if you have the capability you can grab it And Colleges provide opportunities to students for placement. But due to the curriculum, students were not encouraged to the placement and they missed it. Some companies which visit the college campus are Tcs, Infosys, and some startups. In MCA 10-20 percent of students are only placed on campus. After my degree, I will try to get a job in an MNC company.

In the 4th year, a student is eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit here like Wipro, TCS, etc. The on-campus average package is 6-7 LPA but off off-campus placement average package sets the bars higher. Last year the highest on-campus placement package was around 12 lakh LPA while the off-campus highest package was 1.25 cr per annum (overseas). Almost 90% of the students in the cs-it are placed and placement for other branches is not quite good. Most of the students in cs-it look for placements with a good package, while most of the students in other branches look for gate, cat, civil services, and other competitive exams.

The top recruiters of our college are TCS, Infosys, IBM, and many more which offer an annual pack of around 6lpa from 7th-semester students become eligible for campus placement the highest package is around 52lpa.

The placement of the college is quite good over 90%of the student of cs/it got placement. The average package of the college is about 5-6 LPA also some students get a good on-campus package of 8,10,12 lakhs per annum you can also prepare for off-campus placement. TCS, Wipro, and Infosys are the regular company that comes every and offers good placement. Some students also prepare for the gate for a higher degree.

Campus placements are provided for students from the 7th semester. Internships are not provided by the college. Most companies are IT-based companies and want students from the IT field for placements. Some of these companies are TCS, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Wipro etc. Almost 80% of CS-IT students get placed. Other branch students can also get placements if they are good in the IT field. The average package is almost 3.5Lpa and the highest package is about 12 Lpa. I am planning for Gate Preparation and will not opt for campus placements in the IT field.

From 7th semester students can take on campus placements provided by different companies that visit are college. But you can try for off campus placements from 3 year. Mostly companies are TCS, Infosys, HCL and some more companies. Mostly IT companies visit our college so for any branch if you need placements you need to Study Programming. The average package in our college is 3.5 lacks/yr while highest on campus placement can go to 12-15 lacks. While last year one of our senior get 52 lacks CTC package off campus. Mostly 80% CS-IT students get placed and other branches students if they are good in programming. I am opting for the on-campus placements as I am from electrical but studying programming.

From the fifth semester students are Eligible for campus placement. There are so many companies that visit the college like Wipro, Infosys, TCS and many other private companies. The package depends on students' capability.

In the 6-7th sem student become eligible for placement there are various companies like Deshaw tcs Wipro Infosys visiting the campus annually with 400+ offers last year the highest package was 35 lakhs per anum and the average package was 3-4 lakhs almost 50+% student get placed I am to planing for campus placement.

Most of the students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th and 8th sem. College offers average placement. Almost 40 to 50 percent of students were placed in 2021 mostly from cs, it, ec, ee branch. TCS, Wipro, and HCL were the mass recruiters and most of the students were placed in these companies.

It is an autonomous college that provides a huge chance of getting placed in big multinational companies like Larsen and Toubro, TCS and HCL, Infosys, etc. The college also provides many summer internships in companies from the second and third years.
