Entrance Preview:

I got selected on basis of percentage .And I choose EXTC branch to pursue my engineering. Through Cap rounds I got a selection .Its was already decided to do EXTC as I was from diploma I need to do this only .I can choose electronics that time but find college interesting for EXTC so choose it.Admission process was simple but its was one day process.

IIT JEE MAINS 54, This college is good overall and my cousin sister studied from here so I opted. BITSAT exam also i tried but did not qualifide and do not remember its marks.

I got placed through CAP (Common Admission Procedure) which is a procedure in which colleges are allocated to students based on their merits. I scored 80% in PCM & PCB both, with overall 77% (distinction).

Remarks:

Those who want to get placed in MNCs with an average package of 3-4.5 lpa can join this college. In this college, you will learn a lot of theoretical concepts and in the 7th or 08th semester one can get placed in a reputed MNC such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys etc. I will recommend this college to those who are dependent on college management for placement opportunities because the efforts put down by the college management is up-to the mark. Remarks:

To conclude, PVPP is a pretty decent college having all the rite ingredients to churn out future engineers. Could not pick out any bad remarks. The one of the few colleges offering marine engineering in Mumbai.
