PPGIT Coimbatore Admission Dates 2026

PPGIT Coimbatore B.E. admissions are governed by TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions), a 12th marks-based counselling process run by Anna University. No entrance exam is required for regular B.E. seats. TNEA 2026 rank list was published July 1, 2026, and Round 2 allotment is currently in progress. M.E. uses TANCET scores via CEAP counselling at Anna University.

M.E. admissions follow a separate Anna University CEAP schedule. TANCET 2026 was held May 9, 2026, with results declared May 22, 2026. CEAP counselling for M.E. is tentatively scheduled July to August 2026.

PPGIT Coimbatore Courses and Fees

PPGIT offers 8 B.E. branches, 7 lateral entry branches, and 2 M.E. specialisations. All B.E. branches are uniformly priced at INR 3,82,500 for the 4-year programme. The total fee range is INR 1,43,944 for M.E. to INR 3,82,500 for B.E.

M.E. Admission

M.E. seats in Engineering Design and VLSI Design are filled through Anna University CEAP counselling using TANCET or GATE scores. Eligibility is B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate (45% for reserved). Candidates register at ceap.annauniv.edu and fill specialisation preferences.
