From nizam college many placements took place on various MNCs company, like Genpact, deloitte,HSBC, Wipro, sitel and many more as nizam college candidates are preferred first because of their high ranking scores I too experienced some interviews in nizam college which was helpful for me to proceed further in my career.
Yes, nizam college provide internship for those who are from backward class and helps them with a stipend around 10 to 15000 depends upon the candidate scores which should be more than 80%.
If you want to get ahead into a career in the professions you should consider doing work placements or internships within the sector you are interested in. It's a good idea to start early - don't wait until you graduate to gain experience: the jobs market is competitive and by showing your commitment as soon as you can, you will stand out.
Yes, students who are selected receive a monthly stipend that is based on education level and experience. Stipends are provided by the laboratory or Institute that offers an applicant a position. If a lab does not have the funds to cover the stipend, they may invite you to join the lab as an unpaid volunteer.
It's very less. there is not desk for palacements. they don't give any notice about new placement or job. The management don'thave connection with alumini.
Till I didn't heard about any internship available in my college. They don't have good subject knowledge, syllabus very less. not so educative curriculum, people laugh to see the course curriculum. Teachers not follow course curriculum well.
Currently,I am placed in a Leading Tyre Industry as Production Officer. There were a lot of campus placements (nearly 50 companies have recruited students from our college) at the time I had passed out if one has got enough skill to get in to a Job, surely they will land themselves in a company through campus drives here.
There will be no stipend offered here and There were no companies to offer Internship for students we were pretty sad in this aspect only two candidates of our college were offered with internship in a Government fever research institute and rest of us were idle for most of the time.
Not the major chunk but companies do come for campus selections and English dept has a placement cell, were in companies do visit and select candidates especially banking sector, multinationals, Financial companies and FMCG, even many students prefer to study post graduation and get ample opportunities at different educational institutions as teaching faculty.
As such college is aided by government and comes under Osmania University, stipend was offered above the M.Phil Level and college always encouraged sports and offered financial help.
Most of them got placed in government jobs, job opportunities are good for bsc course, companies like wipro, infosys etc came to our colllege and offered something between 15000 30000.
There arent any companies that came for BA,however for other courses in my college like B.Sc, B.Com they were companies like wipro, infosys, accenture etc general stipend offered was something between 15000 30000.
Not so sure i got few offers from campus which is from mid range firms and big companies are very few to give the opportunity so i could say placements are decent here and need to be improved something in that and college people are working on that.
As of now very few my friends managed to get few jobs but i dint any how internships is not so great compared to the number of students need to be improved in that aspect asap.
Ours is the first batch 2005 from where placement cell has been started during ours, almost 24 members are placed in different companies as per my knowledge, it would have increased by now both in terms of no of students placed and companies which are showing interest to conduct campus drives.
Wipro, asp, in costs, Idbi, sbi, 15thousand to 20thousand it was better but not interested at that time to join to do PG, is interested so not joined in any company for that moment.
