Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I had an interest in Commerce and wanted to continue it in my further studies. Also, this was the best course available in Delhi University in commerce. The class was about 50 students and there were 2 sections in our course. The teachers are highly qualified and have the best teaching methods for the students and are highly cooperative. Semester exams were held every 6 months and the difficulty level was ' moderate'.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the Bachelor of Arts program from this college where I want to learn the things about the educational sector because I want to become a teacher in my future. The facility ratio of this college is 250 faculty members and the student ratio is about 80 students per class in every course the teachers are well qualified and Ph.D. holders in this college in their elective courses The term exam is based on the semester wise in which you have to give a long question-answer and it is not very difficult to pass semester exams

Student Snaps:

Placement Experience:

Most of the students generally opt for higher studies. Internships are there for providing work experience to the students. I heard from my seniors that every year companies visit our campus to offer jobs to the students. Companies that visited our college are HCL Infosys tech Mahindra bajaj finance Flipkart etc. The highest package offered is 15 LPA and the average is 5-6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is about 75%. My plan is to opt for a master of commerce degree from any college at DU.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semester. Many multinational companies come to the college providing placements companies such as EY, Deloitte, etc. are to name a few. Packages provided by these companies are around 3 to 5 lakhs per annum according to the various profiles they offer. A grand CGPA of 7 and above is a must if one is looking for a good company to work in. Plans after getting the degree is to put the knowledge gathered in college to use and make something out of it.

Placement Experience:

The placements in college are average. One can easily access the placement records on the official college website. Most of the students who take admitted in DU, come to delhi with vision for UPSC as delhi is hub for it. So students start their preparation from 2nd and 3rd year and they don't normally care about placements as these companies don't offer big money.

Placement Experience:

As I told you before the average package is around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. But very few students got good placement as companies prefer top colleges like Shri ram, Hindu for jobs. I suggest you pursue a professional degree with the college for good placement.

Placement Experience:

Well, if the truth to be said, as my course is political science honours and my college is known mostly for commerce, I haven't seen many political science students placed instantly after graduation because let's accept it every political science student [ok not every] want to be a government service. So mostly people opt for further studies like M.A Or law but never mind there are internship opportunities for which one can apply accordingly. However, Students get eligible for such opportunities only in their last year of graduation which is the 5th & 6th Semester for B.A. students. Nevertheless one can totally do internships by finding by themselves. Well, I plan to continue my studies and do more internships possible rather than hunting for jobs hardly available in this field after graduation.
