Hostel seats are limited and are alloted on merit basis based on the score of 12th in 1st year and on the basis of semester results in subsequent years. The PG's rentals depends upon your budget and ranges from 10,000 a month uptill 25,000 a month and the services are directly proportional on how much you spend on the PG rental. For girls it is easy to avail PG facility but for boys its a bit tough due to less PG for boys.
Yes I opted for hostel in my 1st year.the hostel is really nice. 2 people live in a room with 2 cots with shelfs.bedsheets pillows. in hostel we have colorful garden with beautiful flowers. In hostel there are indoor sports equipment to play. there is a good menu for diet
I live in a pg Sharing my room with one other with a monthly rent of 15000 which includes 4 time meals, wifi, laundry, play area but the electricity bill is paid separately For guys the average rate is around the same and a bit lower for girls
Yes I stayed in the hostel. Hostel had 2 or 3 sharing option. Hostel seats are 50 per batch, so only it was given on merit basis. Hostel had nice infrastructure, provided 3 times food and very proximate to the college. PG's on the other hand are very expensive when compared to hostels. But even you have PG's which offer coolers, AC's or some don't offer any of these.
I opted for hostel rooms.Hostel having 2 seated room well furnished. Sharing of according to hostler choice. Hosteler get 4 time meal facility. Also hostler can take gym subscription if they want to. Provided a all Time liabary access to the hostler
The hostel facility is very good there is adequate cleanness in bathouroom and rooms,Food quality is also good, the scenary is very pleasant greanery is everywhere there is two person in a room and both of them have one bed,one chair and study table the average rental is 20000 per year
I have never stayed or visited in the hostel so i am not the right person to answer this question. But i believe it is better than the other colleges in the delhi university.Srcc is known for the numerous placement opportunities it offers. It must also be kept in mind that being at srcc is not an end it is a means to the great career ahead. Cv vetting is compulsory at srcc. Srcc is known for the consulting and finance placements it offers each year. Companies like Bain, mckinsey, BCG, citibank, jp morgan and chase, nomura, ey, parthenon, pwc and other visit the campus each year. In the current placement season the package offered was as high as 31 lakhs per annum.
Hostels are available with a room of 2 sharing and for single too depending on the payment done. They are old fashioned but still good
No. I stay in PG which is about 10 mins far. The hostel rooms are double sharing having one common room. Each room has a balcony attached to it. The college does not have pgs of its own. The annual fee for hostel is 45000/- excluding the mess facility.

I applied through the common Delhi University form. I applied for some other colleges as well (eg Hindu, Hansraj etc.) but since SRCC was my target school I choose it. I did not avail any quota. The admission criteria are class 12th board marks. The minimum cutoff during my enrolment year was 96.6 % (best of four). The admission process is very straightforward. The college puts a list of selected students and asks them to come on a specific date to enrol.by Aashish Deswal
Everything I experienced here at SRCC is good and taught me something valuable about my life. So, In my opinion, there are no bad aspects. The admission process here is based on the merit earned by a student in +2, where one has to score considerably high to make it through the cut-off list. This college comes under Delhi University. I believe every commerce or economics student would have heard of this epitome of learning once in thier school days and to some, it is their dream college. Also, it is one of the top-ranked colleges in India.by Jayant Deep Kanojia
