It's a course where there aren't many campus placements. A few come and take a select few students. They generally check the cgpa and portfolios of the students and choose the tentative students based on that. The interview process usually consists of a few general and a few professional questions. The tentative percentage of students placed is somewhere between 20 and 30 percent.
Placement and job opportunities are not that high As the course doesnt get u placements. Thought the college provides internship and people go to differnt cities all around the globe. Students get stipend from 10,000 per month to 60,000 rupees per month.
As of now, there has not been many placements or job opportunities created by the college. But they have promised to bring authorities to provide us with placement opportunities in the future. Last year, just 2 students got placed from our college and this year, the Training and Placement Cell said that they would bring as many as agencies as possible to the equation.
Yes, when there are live projects in our college, they provide students from our college and other colleges with internships. The general stipend for students pursuing bachelors is Rs. 4000 a month. From what i heard from the students who have worked in the college, they mentioned that the experience was good and learned a lot from it.
Placements in architecture in almost NIL in India. In our field, its a tradition that students have to search for jobs. Still training and placement cell keeps inviting reputed firms to the college for placements. 5-10 Students get placed every year.
College do provide Internships and also helps in getting jobs outside the campus. Stipend varies between 5k-20k.
Most of the big companies like accenture, HCL technologies, wipro, TCS, Sapient, Nucleus, Syntel etc visited our campus and they offered from 3.5 lac to 6 lacs per annum package.Barring few most of the students got placed. I got placed in HCL tecnologies and they offered me 3.7 package.
Students have to search for college internship by themselves or through their seniors who are working after passing out. There was no help from the college in getting your internship. I got the internship in HCL internship where I learnt about how to work as a team in a project. They offered me the stipend of 7000 which was good amount in those days.
90% of students get placed in different companies while remained 10% opt for higher education in foreign university like Cambridge university and other international universities. Package of min. 2.4lacks per annum is offered to students.
All companies across India came with the internship offers while the maximum pakage of 30000 per month for the internship period of 2 months is offered.
There were no placements for B.Arch students. However, there was a good response from architectural firms when we apply for the 4th year (7th semester) practical training program.
college does not provide any internship or placements generally. Still the students get oppertunty all around the world for internships and jobs. The college has high reputation all around the world thus it helps the students a lot to get good offers from diffrent parts of the world
No the college doesn't provide placement in this course but other courses do hold placement facility.
There is an established Training and Placement cells, which look after associated issues.
