Acliv Technology and Management Academy (ATMA) was set-up by the Acliv Foundation and is a AICTE approved institution located in Bangalore, Karnataka. ATMA has also been recognized as ‘Asia’s Best Emerging Business School’ by The World Education Congress at Singapore.

ATMA, Bangalore offers undergraduate programs in Commerce and Management, namely, B.Com + CA coaching and BBA +Business Analytics. The college also offers postgraduate programs in management- MBA affiliated to Bangalore University, International MBA and PGPM. Besides these, ATMA also offers a host of MDP+COE programs.

  • Admissions to the postgraduate programs follow a strict procedure wherein students are evaluated on the basis of their academic performance, entrance test scores, open house discussions and GDPI.
  • Applicants seeking admission to the MBA or PGPM programs must produce scores obtained in any state or national management aptitude test such as PGCET/KMAT/CAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/MAT/ NAT.
  • Students can also appear for ATMA EAT (Employability Assessment Test) which is conducted from September 15th every year till April 1st week to apply for the postgraduate courses.
  • Candidates keen on pursuing MBA or PGPM at ATMA must have cleared diploma or graduation examinations with minimum 50% marks.
  • Applicants seeking admission in the undergraduate programs (BBA and B.Com) should have cleared 10+2 examination from a recognized state or national higher secondary education board.
  • Admissions to the undergraduate programs follow a 2 step screening process involving Group Discussions and Personal Interviews by which the applicant list is reduced to the top 100.

ATMA B.Com and BBA Admission 2023

The BBA and B.Com programs offered by ATMA are regular, full-time, 3 year duration course affiliated to Bangalore University. Candidates who have cleared their Pre University or 10+2 examinations from any state or national higher secondary education board are eligible to apply for these programs.

Admissions to these courses take place through a two step screening process. Candidates who meet the basic selection criteria are invited for a round of group discussion and personal interview at the college campus.

The number of applicants is brought down to 100 and the final selection is made on the basis of the student’s overall academic merit, and performance in GD and Interview. The student’s achievements in extra-curricular activities are also taken into account.

Candidates need to download application forms from the college website and send the forms duly filled along with photocopies of 10th and 12th mark sheets, photocopies of awards and achievements as well as a passport size colour photograph and letter of sponsorship (if applicable).

ATMA MBA, MBA International and PGPM Admission 2023

The postgraduate courses offered by ATMA are regular, 2 year, full-time programs affiliated to Bangalore University. Candidates who have successfully completed their graduation courses with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Applicants must be graduates/diploma degree holders in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Science or any technical discipline. Graduates in Arts with a background in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics are also eligible to apply for the courses.

Admissions to the postgraduate courses are entrance based. Students must produce valid PGCET/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/NAT/CST/ICET test scores. Those who have not appeared for these tests can appear for the ATMA EAT (Employability Assessment Test) to be eligible for admission.

Students who are yet to appear for their final graduation examination can also apply provided they can produce proof of successful completion by September 15th. Shortlisted candidates are invited for open house discussions and GDPI, based on which the final selection is made. The cut off for ATMA EAT score is 40 but this is not mandatory for students with experience.

Key Points

  • Students with basic computer literacy, basic proficiency in quantitative skills, hardware/software skills and proficiency in a foreign language are given preference.

ATMA Application Process 2023

Candidates need to download the application forms from the college website. The forms duly filled must be sent to the admissions office of ATMA through courier, speed post or registered post with a demand draft of Rs. 500 drawn in favour of Acliv Technology and Management Academy payable at Bangalore.

The following documents must be sent along with the forms:-

  1. Photocopies of 10th, 12th, mark sheets for undergraduate courses and 10th, 12th and graduation/diploma mark sheets for postgraduate courses.
  2. Photocopies of entrance exam score sheets for postgraduate courses.
  3. Photocopies of documents pertaining to achievements, awards, added qualifications, work experience and extra-curricular activities
  4. Photocopies of mark sheets obtained for previous examinations-for those appearing for final exams.
  5. Letter of Sponsorship (if applicable)
  6. One recent passport size photograph.

Scholarships

Meritorious girl students who score above 80% in 10+2 are offered scholarships up to Rs. 50,000 in undergraduate programs while those scoring above 70% are given scholarships up to Rs. 30,000 under the “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” initiative.
