Ques. How is admission to the PhD Management programme at KLUBS conducted?
Ans. KLUBS conducts PhD Management admissions twice a year in June and December cycles. Candidates must submit an online application, appear in the KLU Research Aptitude Test, and attend a Personal Interview where a preliminary research proposal is presented. Candidates holding a valid UGC or CSIR NET or JRF qualifying score may be exempted from the written test. Final selection is based on test score, interview performance, and proposal quality. The December 2026 cycle is expected to open for applications in November 2026.
Ques. What is the minimum eligibility for PhD Management at KLUBS?
Ans. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline from a recognised university with a minimum 55% aggregate marks. A valid score in the KLU Research Aptitude Test or a UGC or CSIR NET or JRF qualification is required. There is no age limit for PhD admission at KLUBS and both fresh postgraduates and working professionals may apply subject to the residency requirements of the programme.

Ans. The total programme fee for the PhD in Management at KLUBS is INR 2,56,000 for the minimum 3-year full-time duration. This includes a one-time application fee of INR 1,100 and the remaining programme fees payable over the course of the programme. Hostel accommodation is available separately at INR 1,08,600 to INR 1,91,600 per year. UGC or CSIR JRF scholars receive a monthly stipend as per government rates which partially offsets programme costs.
