I chose the Advanced Diploma course after my 10th grade because this course is more design-oriented. It's a course offered by the college and it covers all aspects of design and fashion apart from technical and theoretical knowledge. The course is completely creative and skill-based. JD has a great team of faculties who are all mostly NIFT graduates and PhD holders. They are available at any times and are always willing to help with any of the issues we're facing. A lot of self-studying and exploring is involved. The term exams, or rather, "jury" is flexible in terms of being timely. since the course is not affiliated with any board and it's completely under the control of the college.
• I choose Interior Designing as it is one of the most wanted courses across the globe. Not everyone can design, I could hence I decided to take up a different course. • Faculties are well versed in their subjects and have in-depth knowledge about the same. Student ratio is comparability more in Fashion Designing than Interiors. • The lectures mostly have a master's degree when it comes to Interiors. • The exams were simple and easy to pass as everything is basic. They can get tricky at times but it all depends on your understanding of the subject.
The syllabus is based on bangalore university. The have a good options for the students. The main part is from college faculty side they help in all the way to get us updated in all the way. Alot of practical works are there which improve our skills alot.
For my course i paid 300000 for 2 years and we have total 6 installment first 3 in 1st year and next 3 in 2nd year.
So we have total 6 semester in our course and after every module we have exam, we too have industry visit and exploration of industries with the course.
The fee structure is FEASIBLE. It is not expensive. When we compare our course with all the is facilities and comfort provided to us with all the required things needed, i don't feel the fee structure at jd institute of fashion and technology is anything like to be expensive.
Every module is designed to encourage us to expand our mindset around the campus and to prepare us with the knowledge and resources needed to understand how to navigate our journey to college. The lessons are used in the sequence. These lessons are adapted and modified to fit and diverse us and used to engage every individual. Every module as new knowledge that we learn and they are well presented for us to involve in it. I am very happy with the curriculum of our college that our faculty is made.
Yes, the fee structure is feasible for the diploma in fashion designing. This amount is just for the teaching purpose, where the material which is used during the course all depends on us. Here students should bear the amount of all the materials used during the course. So if you sum the college fee and material charges, then it becomes a little expensive.
We can access our curriculum through internet. So it's easier for students to view there course curriculum anytime and anywhere. Which module will be next and grading system of each module is also displayed by the faculty through. This made easiest job for both students and faculty and also there is no wastage of papers.
The fee structure for JD institute of fashion technology in not expensive, the college fee structure is feasible and affordable, It is private automonous affiliated to Bangalore University, with international partnerships and collaborations with koefia, Milan fashion campus, London college of fashion and many more. JD Institute of Fashion Technology is a great college to study in. The admission process is seamless and is done without a hassle. It's a walk-in admission, which starts in March and closes in June. The course I had opted for was an advanced diploma in fashion designing (3 years ). The infrastructure of the college and the resources offered are adequate compared to some of the other private institutes. The only issue I faced was the lack of storage for student supplies. JD also offers a lot of exposure, giving us opportunity to volunteer for fashion shows, write blogs, and multiple workshops and seminars are conducted all over the year for us to gain a better knowledge on the fashion indusby Bhargavi S
• JD institution of Fashion Technology is one of the rebound colleges for Fashion and Interiors. It has a good faculty who are ready to teach you at any point of time. They're kind. • Admission is completely based on your 12th marks. You should have passed and scored above 45% in all subjects. Admissions start by April and classes start by June. • This was the only college which concentrated only on design and nothing else for Interiors in Bangalore. • I used Google to decide based on the reviews.by Taniya Shankar
