The college faces challenges with a high faculty-to-student ratio of 1:70-80, affecting classroom management and content delivery. Faculty recruitment is not stringent, often resulting in instructors teaching outside their expertise. The evaluation system includes two internal exams (20 marks each), an internal lab exam (10 marks), and a 70:30 external to internal marks ratio, culminating in a 70-mark semester exam. Despite these challenges, students find it relatively easy to pass by strategically presenting answers.

In the 2023-24 placement cycle, 43% of students received job offers. Eligibility for placements starts from the 6th semester with a minimum CGPA of 6.5, though a CGPA of 7.5 or above is advisable. The highest salary package offered is INR 51 lakh per annum by Microsoft, while the average package is INR 6 lakh per annum. Accenture hired the most students, offering INR 4.5 lakh per annum. The tuition fee is Rs. 101,000 per year, with an additional first-year fee of Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 10,000 in subsequent years.

Optional bus services range from Rs. 33,000 to Rs. 46,000 based on distance. Lab workbooks cost Rs. 200 for 20 books, and a lab coat costs Rs. 300. Full fee reimbursement is available for government college students, economically backward classes, SC/ST categories, and students with ranks below 10,000. The tuition fee is fixed for four years, with plans for an increase in 2027.
