1st year, Decent Companies like Wipro, Colgate, Coco Cola , NGOs like umeed , Muskurahat offer placements in the college. Rest, Since, we are Political Science students mostly our focus is on higher studies so there is very less involvement with placement cell :)

The college has a Placement cell that takes students from their final years. Many good companies like Wipro, Microsoft, Colgate, Coca-cola etc. come for placement. Package ranges between 4 lakhs to 7 lakhs per annum. Many NGOs also hire interns for 2 to 3 months internship, which helps to develop personality, creativity, confidence and hence, boost your CV. Well, I'm not interested in getting placement from college. I will pursue a masters in higher education after graduation.

The reason I choose Daulatram over other colleges which I was getting, was because of their excellent political science department, confirmed by ex graduates. This was of course turned out to be the professor's are really great so is the curriculum. we had 50 marks internals which seemed unfair qt the beginning as no other college conducts exams for internals but later on, I realised it was beneficial as we were covering half the syllabus for internals so there wasn't a lot of pressure during the finals.

I'm pursuing B. A. (H) in political science, so the scope is on my choice. There is a placement cell for the commerce department. But for theory-like subjects, we have to search for jobs by own. There are plenty of options for which I could go ahead. Although placement is not provided by the college there are many jobs after completing this course. I'm preparing for UPSC and doing social works by joining many foundations and NGOs that work for spreading education and promoting women empowerment and child development. There is where my satisfaction lies.

You will get to seat in placements during your third year of college. You need to clear the minimum criteria set by the companies which are almost 50% for most of them. Although it is difficult for Sanskrit Hons students to get placed as most companies come to hire from different programs like Bsc, eng Hons and etc. But you get a good exposure meanwhile. You can always do your masters as well and be a lecturer somewhere.

We are eligible for placement from our 5th semester. We don't have many companies which came, but as far Asi remembers we had, Deloitte, EY, Tervista, WTW, Grand Thornton, Larson and Toubro etc. Offers made were usually low, like from 2.5-6.5 LPA max.

I am from a commerce background and was having chouse of only B.com and BCom Hons Therefore I preferred BCom h. The facility is up to Mark great and it is a girls college to student ratio is good. Every teacher of our is the Ph.D. holder and NET Cleared. Once in 6 months and they are quite easy.

The faculty of commerce department is really kind, helpful and highly qualified. We are around 50 students in each class and there are 4 sections of Bcom Hons in 2020 batch. There are around 18 departments in DRC and total of approx.4000 students. The teaching method differs from teacher to teacher but they make sure to take reviews in case students are understanding their teaching or not. We had our internals conducted online which were quite easy if one has attended all the classes.

I had commerce in class 11th and 12th class so I wanted to pursue the Commerce field and I also personally had an interest in Accountancy and Business Studies subject so that's why I opted for Bcom Hons. The teachers are highly professional and knowledgeable, though the teaching method differs from online method. We have around 50 students in each class. We have regular tests and practicals which are quite easy to attempt. Since everything is online, teachers do emphasize attendance and internals. In short DRC faculty is quite friendly, supportive, and approachable.
