The minimum academic qualification required for diploma admissions is a 12th pass with at least 50% in aggregate and the minimum aggreagte remains same for those having UG qualification. Therefore you need to secure 50% in BDS degree to be eligible for Diploma in Anaesthesia course. 

There are several Universities that offer direct admission or management seats based on marks obtained at UG level.

Yes you can apply if you satisfy age criteria prescribed by the specific institution as the minimum required eligibility is 12th exam with at least 50% marks from a recognised board. There is no entrance test as such for admissions and students are alloted seat on the basis of merit in qualifying exam i..e 12th score. The 2 year course is offered at different colleges in the country.

Greetings from Collegedunia. B.Sc. in Anaesthesiology can’t have the authority to be called a doctor because he does not have the authority to prescribe the patients to use Drugs and Medication. Only M.B.B.S have the authority, so you can’t practice Surgery.
