AP DEECET 2019 Exam Pattern

AP DEECET 2019 will be conducted in online mode in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.  AP DEECET Exam Pattern describes the complete paper pattern, marking scheme, total marks, and distribution of marks. AP DEECET 2019 is conducted for those students who intend to take admission in two years Diploma in Education at Government District Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

  • AP DEECET is a 100 marks test which consists of 100 multiple choice questions.
  • The question paper is divided into 2 parts where part 1 is compulsory and comprises general questions from Language, General Knowledge and Basic Mathematics.
  • Part B comprises 4 papers i.e. Mathematics, Physical science, Biological Science and Social Studies, and candidates have to choose 1 out of the provided options.
  • 1 mark is awarded to students for every correct answer whereas no mark is deducted for any wrong attempt.
  • It is a 2-hour duration examination which is conducted in both Tamil and English language.

AP DEECET 2019 Marking scheme

All the information regarding AP DEECET Marking Scheme is given below

  • AP DEECET question paper comprises 100 objective type questions.
  • For each correct answer, the candidate is awarded 1 mark.
  • There shall be no negative marking for any answer attempted wrong or left un-attempted.
  • Question paper will be in English/Tamil medium.
