AP NEET UG Phase-II Counselling Dates

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, has released the schedule for Phase-II counselling of NEET UG 2025 for MBBS admissions under Management Quota, NRI, and Self-Financing categories.

Eligible candidates can exercise their web options through the official portal, drntr.uhsap.in, starting October 1, 2025, at 6 PM, up to October 6, 2025, at 10 AM. The counselling applies to candidates listed in the final merit position and those seeking seat changes or category slides.

Note: Only candidates listed in the Final Merit List (published on August 22, 2025, including addendums) are eligible. Once submitted, options are final and will require OTP verification at the time of submission.

Who Can Participate in AP NEET UG Phase-II Counselling?

Phase-II counselling will cover multiple seat categories across government and private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

It includes Competent Authority (Self-financing) and NRI seats in newly established government medical colleges, along with Management Quota seats under Category-B1, B2, and C (NRI) in private non-minority and minority institutions.

In addition, NRI quota seats at Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati, are also part of this round. Candidates already admitted in Phase-I will be allowed to participate if they wish to slide to another college or shift to a different category.

Aspirants looking for MBBS admission through AP NEET UG Phase-II must look at the University Fee structure for different seat categories:

The university has issued key instructions for candidates participating in the counselling process. Students are advised to carefully read the official prospectus and seat matrix before exercising their options.

Once exercised, options must be handled with caution and a copy should be printed for future reference.

Candidates allotted a seat are required to report to the respective college with original certificates, the allotment order, and the prescribed tuition fee. For NRI category admissions, relevant sponsorship declarations must be produced.

Officials have clarified that the university fee, once paid, is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward. Strict warning has also been issued against seat blocking or cancellation practices.

Looking ahead, Phase-III counselling will be held to fill seats left vacant in Phase-II, including those unreported or not joined by candidates. Aspirants are advised to regularly monitor the official Dr. NTR UHS portal for further notifications regarding allotment and reporting deadlines.
