BITSoM has opened Round 1 applications for the 2027-29 MBA batch at bitsom.edu.in. The application deadline is November 15, 2026, and Round 1 results will be declared on January 15, 2027.
The BITS School of Management (BITSoM), Mumbai has opened Round 1 applications for the two-year residential Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for the 2027-29 batch on its official portal at admissions.bitsom.edu.in. Candidates can register and submit the Round 1 application form on or before November 15, 2026.
Applicants holding valid GMAT or GRE scores can complete the process without waiting for CAT results. Candidates applying with a CAT 2026 score have until January 12, 2027 to submit it. Personal interviews for shortlisted Round 1 candidates will be held during November and December 2026. The Round 1 admission results will be declared on January 15, 2027.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year undergraduate students are also eligible to apply. They must complete their degree requirements before joining the programme.
A valid score in CAT, GMAT, or GRE is required at the time of application. BITSoM has not prescribed a minimum overall score or sectional cut-off for any of the three tests.

BITSoM MBA Fee Structure
The programme carries an all-inclusive fee of Rs 28,55,000 for the two-year batch. The application fee is Rs 3,000. The fee break-up is listed below.

How Are Candidates Selected?
The selection process is based on a composite score. It combines test performance, essay responses, and personal interview feedback. The applicant’s academic record and work experience are also considered.
Shortlisted applicants appear before a panel of industry leaders, senior faculty, and BITSoM alumni. Final admission offers are extended after the interview stage of each round.

BITSoM accepts GMAT and GRE alongside CAT. GMAT and GRE candidates can lock in a Round 1 offer well before CAT 2026 results are declared. Round 1 typically has the widest seat availability across all admission rounds.
