University of Calcutta has released the PG Phase 2 Admission 2026 schedule. Second selection list verification for MA MSc and Integrated BLibISc MLibISc programmes will be held from July 27 to July 30, 2026 at caluniv-ucsta.net.
The University of Calcutta (CU) has issued the Postgraduate (PG) Phase 2 schedule. The notice is live on the official portal caluniv-ucsta.net. It applies to the 2026-27 academic session.
Verification is scheduled from July 27 to July 30, 2026. Shortlisted candidates must attend in person at their respective departments. The four-day window covers all MA and allied PG streams.
Phase 2 covers MA, and MA/MSc in Economics, Archaeology and Museology. It also covers the Integrated BLibISc-MLibISc programme. Applicants unplaced in Phase 1 get a fresh shot at admission.

How to Complete the Second List Verification?
The check is an offline document review at the concerned department. Candidates must reach the venue on the assigned day with all original documents.
- Check your name on the second selection list at caluniv-ucsta.net/ma.
- Note the verification date, time and department reporting venue.
- Carry original marksheets, certificates and a valid photo ID proof.
- Bring two sets of self-attested photocopies of every document.
- Submit the papers for on-the-spot verification by the admission panel.
- Pay the admission fee within the intimated payment window.
Phase 2 fills the seats left vacant after Phase 1 admissions. It is often the last big chance for a CU PG seat. Missing this verification window can end the 2026-27 admission hopes.
