Chandigarh University (CU) has opened CUCET 2026 Phase 2 registration. CUCET stands for Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test. The official application portal is live at cucet.cuchd.in. Candidates can register till July 31, 2026.
The Phase 2 entrance exam will be conducted on August 1, 2026. CUCET decides both admission and the tuition-fee scholarship slab. It covers UG and PG programmes at the Punjab and Uttar Pradesh campuses.
CUCET 2026 is being held in two phases this year. Phase 1 was conducted earlier in the admission cycle. Phase 2 is the final entrance window for the 2026 intake.
Who Can Apply for CUCET 2026?
Eligibility varies by programme, campus and stream. Undergraduate aspirants must have cleared Class 12 with the required aggregate. Postgraduate aspirants need a relevant bachelor's degree.
Engineering aspirants must have cleared Class 12 with the science stream. Physics and Chemistry must be present as core subjects. Mathematics is compulsory for B.E. and B.Tech applicants.

CUCET 2026 Exam Pattern
CUCET 2026 is an online, computer-based test of two hours. The paper carries 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

CUCET 2026 Application Fee
