DCRUST BTech and LEET Round 4 Physical Counseling 2026-27; Check Last Date to Register

The Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) has released a fresh counseling notice. The Round 4 Institute Level Physical Counseling schedule for 2026-27 is out. It covers Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and BTech Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) programmes. The notice is available on the official admission portal at dcrustmadm.samarth.edu.in.

Registration for Round 4 opens on August 25, 2026, and closes on August 31, 2026. The physical counseling will be held on September 2, 2026. It is meant to fill seats that remain vacant after earlier rounds.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Round 4 counseling is open to candidates seeking BTech admission. It also covers BTech LEET admission against vacant seats. Applicants for BTech LEET must be diploma holders or eligible BSc graduates. Candidates must satisfy the university's programme-specific eligibility norms.

How to Register for DCRUST Round 4 Counseling?

Candidates must complete online registration on the official DCRUST admission portal. The steps to register are given below.

1. Visit the official portal at dcrustmadm.samarth.edu.in.
2. Log in with existing credentials or register as a new user.
3. Fill the counseling registration form for Round 4.
4. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
5. Pay the counseling fee through the online payment gateway.
6. Submit the form and save a copy for reference.

What to Carry for Physical Counseling?

Shortlisted candidates must report to the DCRUST campus in Murthal, Sonepat. Reporting will be on September 2, 2026, as per the notice. Candidates should carry original academic mark sheets and certificates. They must also bring a valid photo identity proof. Category and reservation certificates should be produced where applicable. The counseling registration slip is mandatory for entry.
