DU First Cutoff List will be declared on October 10, 2020, two days prior to the admission process on the first cutoff. As of now, DU First Cutoff 2020 List has been released online for College of Vocational Studies (CVS) on October 10 2020. Check Here
Students have been waiting for the first cut off dates of Delhi University as the University could have released it anytime today or tomorrow. Delhi University Dean of Admissions, Shobha Bagai said in a statement, "We will be releasing the dates today or tomorrow. It is pending approval from the authority's side."

A total of 1.83 lakh students have been registered under PG courses. Whereas for the M.Phil and PhD courses, the count of registered students is 34,000. Looking at the previous year's records, it is observed that every 1 out of 4 students receives admission in DU. In comparison to 2020, the applications received last year were significantly lower.
DU Admissions 2020: State Wise Applications
As per the data shared by DU, the maximum number of applications are received from Delhi students and the application count stands at 1,42,526. Followed by 66,657 applications from Uttar Pradesh students and 50,701 applications from Haryana students.
Delhi University has also taken a major move of providing admission under 12 categories of Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) admissions on the basis of certificates only. However, the Executive Council members of DU have demanded the conduct of trials for ECA following health guidelines, but the University response to this is still awaited.
Earlier on September 16, St. Stephen's College affiliated to DU had released the cutoff list for admission to B.A.Hons and program courses. It is recorded that the cutoff set by the college is higher as compared to last year with 99% in most of the demanding courses.
