IIT Delhi Offers Online Course in Design Thinking and Innovation; Apply till September 13

New Delhi: The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) at IIT Delhi has launched the 6th edition of its online certificate program in "Design Thinking & Innovation". Interested candidates can apply for admission by submitting their applications by September 13, 2023.

As per IIT Delhi, the online certification course will be taught by the IIT Delhi faculty members and industry experts via online sessions through post-session video recordings. The course will be covered through various classes, quizzes, assignments, case studies and live lectures.

The IIT Delhi Online Certificate Course 2023 is open for Designers, Design Engineers, Creative Managers, Art Directors, UX Designers, Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Product, Marketing, Branding, Growth, and R&D Managers who want to gain expertise in developing innovative customer-centric solutions.

IIT Delhi Design Thinking and Innovation Course Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates who wish to apply for admission to the Online Certificate course of IIT Delhi can check the eligibility requirements below:

• Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognised university in any discipline.
• A minimum of 50% marks in a most reason qualification (desirable).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (Private Sector / Government / NGO / Entrepreneur / Self-employed) as of December 28, 2023 (desirable).

IIT Delhi Design Thinking and Innovation Course Admission 2023: How to Apply?

Follow the steps mentioned below to apply online for the IIT Delhi admission process:

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IIT Delhi at home.iitd.ac.in.

Step 2: Register yourself by entering the required details, such as Mobile number, Email ID etc.

Step 3: Log in with your registration credentials and fill in all the details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the application form.

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.

The IIT Delhi program module will cover domains such as Introduction to Human-centered Design (HCD), Identifying User Needs, Context, Environment and Users, Agile Design and Data-driven Innovation, Integrating Design, Technology and Business, Designing for Change, etc.

IIT Delhi's official website reads, “Participants will be awarded a successful completion certificate from IIT Delhi on scoring at least 60% marks in each of the evaluation components and completion of the Capstone Project. Participants who are unable to score 60% marks or unable to complete the Capstone Project in the evaluation will only be eligible for the participation certificate”.
