The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the JCECE Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) Round 4 provisional seat allotment 2026 on the official portal at engg.jceceb.org.in. The provisional allotment letter was made live on August 12, 2026 for candidates who took part in the fourth round of online counselling.
Allotted candidates must complete document verification and admission between August 12, 2026 and August 13, 2026. The reporting window closes today, and candidates who fail to report will forfeit the allotted seat.
JCECEB conducts centralised counselling for admission to BE and BTech programmes in participating government and private engineering institutes across Jharkhand. Round 4 was scheduled after the vacant seat matrix was published following Round 3.

Candidates can download the provisional seat allotment letter using their login credentials on the official counselling portal. The steps are listed below.
- Visit the official portal at engg.jceceb.org.in.
- Click on the candidate login link on the homepage.
- Enter the application number and password to log in.
- Open the Round 4 provisional seat allotment letter on the dashboard.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout for reporting.
What Should Allotted Candidates Do Next?
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 4 must report to the concerned institute for document verification and admission. The reporting must be completed within the announced window.
Candidates should carry the printed allotment letter, original academic documents, category certificates, and identity proof. Failure to complete admission by the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
