MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 Institutional Round Merit List Released; Check Admission Dates

The Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has released the merit list. It covers the MAH Five Year LLB CAP 2026 Institutional Round. The list is now live on the official portal, llb5cap26.mahacet.org. Selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges from October 1, 2026.

The Institutional Round follows the three earlier centralised rounds of allotment. It fills seats that remained vacant at participating colleges. Candidates submitted their options between September 26 and September 28, 2026. Colleges then generated their merit lists on September 30, 2026. The final cutoff for admission confirmation is October 5, 2026.

What Is the Institutional Round in MAH LLB CAP?

The MAH LLB CAP has three centralised allotment rounds. Seats that remain vacant after these rounds go to the Institutional Round. Colleges then admit eligible candidates directly through their own merit lists. This round uses the same CET Cell scores as the earlier rounds.

Only CAP-registered candidates for MAH LLB 2026 are eligible for this round. They must have completed option filling for this specific stage. The final admission decision rests with the individual college.

Participating Universities in MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026

The Institutional Round covers 14 universities across Maharashtra. Major participants include Savitribai Phule Pune University and University of Mumbai. Shivaji University, Kolhapur, is also part of the CAP network. Candidates can access university-wise lists on the same portal.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Candidates must carry original documents along with one photocopy set. The college verifies these documents before admission is confirmed.

• MAH CET 2026 scorecard and college allotment letter
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
• Aadhaar card or any valid photo identity proof
• Domicile, caste, and non-creamy layer certificates, if applicable
• Recent passport-size photographs

How to Check the MAH 5-Year LLB Institutional Round Merit List?

Candidates can view the list through the official CAP portal. They must select the relevant university, college, and division. The system will then display the merit position for that allotment.

1. Visit the merit list page at llb5cap26.mahacet.org.
2. Open the Merit List Institute Level Round link on the page.
3. Select your university from the dropdown menu.
4. Choose your college and division to load the list.
5. Download or print the merit list for admission use.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Check your allotment on the official portal without delay.
2. Arrange all original documents and photocopy sets in advance.
3. Keep the admission fee ready in an accepted payment mode.
4. Visit the allotted college between October 1 and October 4, 2026.
5. Complete document verification at the college admission desk.
6. Pay the fee and collect the admission receipt on the spot.
