Maharashtra CET Cell has released the MAH AYUSH UG AIQ Round 1 provisional selection list for BAMS BHMS and BUMS at medical2026.mahacet.org. Allotted candidates must join the college by 5:30 PM on October 1, 2026.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra AYUSH Undergraduate All India Quota (AIQ) 2026 Round 1 provisional selection list on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. The list covers the 15 percent AIQ seats offered in private, unaided and minority institutes across Maharashtra. It applies to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses for the 2026-27 session.
Allotted candidates must join their designated college by 5:30 PM on October 1, 2026. The deadline applies even on public holidays, as per Notice No. 01 issued by the CET Cell. Candidates who fail to report on time will forfeit their allotted seat.

How to Check the MAH AYUSH UG Round 1 Allotment 2026?
Candidates can check their Round 1 status directly from the official CET Cell portal. The selection list is published as a PDF. Follow the steps below to check the allotment.
- Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
- Open the AYUSH UG AIQ 2026 section on the homepage.
- Click on the Round 1 Provisional Selection List link.
- Use the PDF search option and enter your NEET UG 2026 roll number.
- Verify your allotted college, course and category details.
- Download the selection list for future reference.
How to Join the Allotted College Before October 1?
Allotted candidates must report in person to the college shown in the selection list. Carry all original documents and the requisite fee. The CET Cell has advised candidates to follow the portal instructions on fee payment. This is important given the ongoing public sector bank strike.
Documents to keep ready include the NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, birth certificate, domicile proof, category certificate if applicable, and a valid photo ID. Candidates must also carry the printout of their allotment letter downloaded from the portal.
