The State CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH 5-year LLB CAP 2026 Round 1 schedule. Shortlisted candidates can fill and lock option forms on the official portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org from August 5, 2026.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra (SCC Maharashtra) has released the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 1 schedule for the Master of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (MAH 5-year LLB) 2026 admissions. Shortlisted candidates can now submit and lock their online option forms on the official portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org starting August 5, 2026.
The schedule follows the release of the CAP Round 1 final merit list on July 29, 2026. Only candidates who registered for CAP, completed e-scrutiny of documents, and appear in the final merit list are eligible to submit option forms in Round 1.

Candidates can arrange up to 300 institute-course preferences in the order of their choice. The form must be confirmed, submitted, and locked before the deadline notified on the portal. Options not locked before the cut-off will not be considered for the Round 1 seat allotment.
Who Can Fill the Option Form?
The Round 1 option form is open only to eligible candidates listed in the final merit list dated July 29, 2026. This includes Maharashtra State candidates, All India candidates, and other reserved categories notified by the CET Cell. Candidates whose e-scrutiny was pending or rejected are not eligible for this round.

How to Fill the MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 Option Form?
- Visit the official portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org.
- Log in with your CAP application number and password.
- Open the option form section on the candidate dashboard.
- Search and select institutes and courses in your preferred order.
- Review the choices carefully once you are done.
- Confirm, submit, and lock the option form before the deadline.
- Download and save the final locked option form for records.
Only locked option forms are used for seat allotment. Unlocked forms are treated as invalid, even if choices were entered. Candidates must complete the lock step before the window closes.
