The Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the MAH Agri CAP 2026 counselling schedule at agri2026.mahacet.org. It covers document verification, merit lists, option forms and seat allotment for UG agriculture admissions.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (MAH CET Cell) has released the MAH Agriculture Centralised Admission Process (MAH Agri CAP) 2026 schedule. The notification is available on the official portal at agri2026.mahacet.org. It covers document verification, merit lists, option form filling and seat allotment. The process governs undergraduate agriculture admissions in Maharashtra for the 2026-27 academic year.
MAH Agri CAP is the single window for state-quota admission to agriculture and allied courses. It covers more than 17,586 seats across 195 affiliated colleges. These colleges sit under four state agricultural universities.

Who Is Eligible for MAH Agri CAP 2026?
Admission is offered on the basis of national or state entrance scores. Candidates must have appeared in at least one accepted test.
- Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics
- Valid score in MHT CET 2026 (PCB or PCM group)
- Valid score in JEE Main 2026 or NEET UG 2026 is also accepted
- Must meet the domicile norms for the chosen candidature type

MAH Agri CAP is the only route to state-quota agriculture seats in Maharashtra. Direct admission is not offered by these 195 affiliated colleges. A missed CAP deadline shuts a candidate out for the year.
