The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon release the NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule. It covers NEET UG 2026 medical and dental admissions. Candidates can track updates on the official portal at mcc.nic.in.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET UG 2026 result on July 16, 2026. Around 11.21 lakh candidates qualified the entrance test this year. MCC handles counselling for 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats. It also manages admissions to deemed and central universities.
The counselling schedule is expected in late July or early August 2026. Registration will open on mcc.nic.in soon after the official notification. Candidates must clear the qualifying cutoff to participate in the process.

NEET UG 2026 Counselling Registration Fee Structure
Candidates must pay a registration fee along with a refundable security deposit. The amounts differ for AIQ seats and deemed universities. The registration fee is non refundable in all cases.

NEET UG 2026 Qualifying Cutoff
NTA released the category wise qualifying marks along with the result. Only candidates meeting the cutoff can join the counselling.
