The steps include verification of personal details and certificate uploads. Candidates then pay the Seat Acceptance Fee or Partial Admission Fee as applicable. Only candidates who finish this step can proceed to physical reporting.
What Documents Are Required at Physical Reporting?
Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies. The originals will be verified at the reporting centre.

How to Report Physically at NIT Calicut?
Candidates must arrive at the designated reporting centre on their scheduled day. The reporting hall opens at 9 AM on each date. Candidates should reach early to avoid long queues during verification.
PwD candidates will also appear before the Medical Board constituted by NIT Calicut. Admission stays provisional until the Board verifies and certifies the PwD status.
Missing the physical reporting window can lead to seat cancellation. Candidates who skip these dates lose their allotted seat at NIT Calicut. The seat then moves back into the next allotment pool.
