RMCAAP 2026 MCA Registration Deadline Extended to July 18 at rmcaaprajasthan.co.in; Check How to Apply

The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Rajasthan has extended the Rajasthan Master of Computer Applications Admission Process (RMCAAP) 2026 registration deadline for MCA admissions. Eligible candidates can now submit their application forms on the official portal at rmcaaprajasthan.co.in till July 18, 2026. The fee payment window closes on July 17, 2026.

The centralised online counselling is being conducted by the Center for Electronic Governance, Jaipur, under DTE Rajasthan. Admission to the two-year MCA programme is granted through state-level counselling based on NIMCET 2026 scores. The non-refundable application and registration fee is Rs 885.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration from a recognised university or institution. The minimum aggregate requirement is 50 percent for general-category candidates. Applicants from reserved categories must have at least 45 percent aggregate marks.

RMCAAP 2026 is open to candidates from across India. However, preference during seat allotment is given to applicants holding a Rajasthan state domicile.

Candidates must also have a valid NIMCET 2026 scorecard to participate in the counselling process.

How to Apply for RMCAAP 2026?

• Visit the official portal at rmcaaprajasthan.co.in.
• Click on the candidate registration link available on the homepage.
• Enter the required personal, academic and NIMCET 2026 score details.
• Upload the required scanned documents according to the official instruction booklet.
• Pay the Rs 885 application fee on or before July 17, 2026.
• Submit the completed application form by July 18, 2026.
• Download and save the application acknowledgement for future reference.

Around 41 MCA colleges affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University participate in the RMCAAP counselling process.

Seats are allotted through choice filling, choice locking and merit-based seat allotment rounds. The complete list of participating institutes and the institute-wise seat matrix is available in the official instruction booklet published on the RMCAAP portal.

2. Keep your NIMCET 2026 scorecard and Class 10, 12, and graduation certificates ready.
3. Arrange Rajasthan domicile proof if you are applying under the state quota.
4. Pay the Rs 885 application fee before July 17, 2026.
5. Complete and submit the online form before July 18, 2026.
6. Download and print the confirmation page for future counselling rounds.
