NIMCET 2026 Seat Matrix Out; Check NITs and IIITs Seats

The NIMCET 2026 seat matrix is live for MCA admissions across 11 NITs and 2 IIITs. Registration and choice filling for counselling is already underway at nimcet.admissions.nic.in.

The National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy) has released the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2026 seat matrix on the official portal at nimcet.admissions.nic.in. Qualified candidates can now check institute-wise and category-wise seat allocation before locking their counselling choices.

The seat matrix covers 11 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and 2 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs). These institutes offer the two-year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme. Admission is based only on the rank secured in NIMCET 2026.

The NIMCET 2026 result was declared on June 29, 2026. Registration and choice filling for counselling is already live on the official portal. There is no state-wise quota; all seats fall under the All India Quota.

NIMCET 2026 Reservation Policy

Seats are reserved as per Government of India norms across all participating institutes. The category-wise percentage split is applied uniformly to every institute in the seat matrix.
