The notice was issued through the official document hosted on the state government portal. Candidates seeking MBBS and BDS seats under the Tripura state quota must lock their choices within this window. Choices not locked before the cut-off will be auto-locked by the system.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?
Round 3 is open to candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 and meet the Tripura state quota eligibility. Fresh candidates may register until the revised cut-off on October 12. Those who did not get a seat in earlier rounds can also fill fresh choices.
Applicants whose documents were flagged earlier must clear the discrepancies by 5:00 PM on October 12. Failure to do so may lead to rejection at the allotment stage.
