Tripura University PG Spot Round Admissions 2026-27 Open; Check How to Apply

The Tripura University (TU) has issued a spot admission notification for the Academic Year 2026-27. The notification covers category-wise vacant seats in various Postgraduate (PG) programmes. It is available on the official website at tripurauniv.ac.in.

The spot round targets seats left unfilled after earlier admission rounds. Both CUET (PG) and Non-CUET streams were part of those rounds. Eligible candidates can now register online through the Samarth admission portal at tripuraunivadm.samarth.edu.in.

How to Register for the PG Spot Round?

The application process is fully online. Follow the steps below to complete the registration.

1. Visit the official portal at tripuraunivadm.samarth.edu.in.
2. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
3. Fill in personal, academic, and category details in the form.
4. Upload scanned documents in the prescribed format and size.
5. Pay the application fee through the available online modes.
6. Submit the form and save the confirmation for future use.

Documents Needed for Registration

Candidates should keep the following ready in scanned format before starting.

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
• Qualifying UG degree mark sheet and provisional certificate.
• Valid photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID.
• Passport-size photograph and scanned signature.
• CUET (PG) 2026 scorecard, where applicable.
• Category, EWS, or PwD certificate, if claiming reservation.

Application Fee and Payment

The application fee and payment modes are set out in the notification. Online modes include net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI. The fee is generally non-refundable once paid.

What Happens After Registration?
