UGC Launched WhatsApp Channel to Keep Students Connected With Educational Updates; Check Join Link Here

New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the University Grants Commission (UGC) launched the “UGC India WhatsApp Channel” on October 16, 2023, with the aim to keep students connected with the latest updates on education and development. 

As per UGC, the UGC WhatsApp channel was created to help students as well as stakeholders stay connected with education development. Students and interested parents, guardians, and stakeholders can join the channel by visiting the join link available on the UGC website.

Informing about this initiative, UGC Chairman, Prof. M. Jagadesh Kumar said, “The launch of the UGC India WhatsApp Channel is a significant step towards fostering a more inclusive and informed higher education landscape”.

“By embracing technology and utilizing a widely used platform, the UGC is modernizing its communication strategy and enabling stakeholders to navigate the information on higher education in real-time. This initiative sets a precedent for leveraging digital tools to enhance accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in education governance”, UGC Chairman added.

The UGC India WhatsApp Channel is a big step towards offering critical information in the field of higher education with the help of digital means. This ground-breaking initiative makes sure that stakeholders, such as Higher Educational Institutions, teachers, students, and others can easily access reliable and current information.
