Vivekananda College, Delhi University has a decent infrastructure. The college has many active societies and clubs. The campus has a big playground for sports students. Vivekananda College probably has the lowest fees among the entire university. Being an off-campus college, there aren’t many places to roam around. Overall, it is a decent college in terms of studies and facilities. 

The academic schedule of an MBBS student of AIIMS Bhopal is like any other medical college. In fact, AIIMS Bhopal is slightly less rigid when it comes to academics as compared to other AIIMS.

• AIIMS Bhopal does not conduct weekly exams and continuous assignments,, unlike other medical colleges.

• The first year is relatively easy as you have no exams till December followed by mid-semesters in March, Pre Finals in June, and Finals in July.
• Anatomy Department students have to give Part Completion Tests(PCT) monthly.
• The Physiology and Biochemistry Departments hold only semester and mid-semester exams.
• AIIMS Bhopal has an all-rounded campus life with only 3 hours of lectures daily.

A typical day at AIIMS Bhopal is scheduled in this manner

• The morning Session has 2 Lectures of an hour each and a practical of 2hrs. This lasts from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Afternoon Session begins at 3 pm and you have an hour lecture followed by a practical of 2 hours that lasts till 5:00 pm.
• Saturdays are relatively light with just a lecture for 2hrs.(9 am - 11 am)

Overall, AIIMS Bhopal has a balanced campus life and isn’t very hectic.

Civil engineering students are typically thought to have poorer communication skills than students in any other field. Since NICMAR students are known for their strong communication abilities and are seen as proficient in the English language. This distinguishes them from other civil engineering graduates. Improve your communication abilities if you want a pleasant CTC. To enhance your public speaking, you need to present a variety of assignments and presentations in front of your class while attending NICMAR.

Assignments: Exams are quite easy to pass at NICMAR, where no one fails. Assignments are the only takeaway that matters from the trimester. Try doing assignments by yourself. You would also have easy access to the assignments of seniors, but don't replicate them; instead, utilize them as a guide to help you create a better assignment.

Maintaining general awareness will help you do well in group discussions (GDs) during the campus placement process. 

Thesis: A significant portion of your final percentile is determined by your thesis grades. The third trimester would be the due date for submitting your thesis subject. Finding a thesis topic of your own interest is a time-consuming task that requires you to spend a lot of time buried in books. If you are successful in doing so, half the battle is won. If not, you will choose an uninteresting thesis topic to meet the deadline, which will make the entire research process boring and ultimately affect your grades.

Theoretical Knowledge: Recruiting firms have been complaining for the past few years that NICMAR students don't have a solid foundation in civil engineering. A strong communication ability will get you through the personal interview stage of campus interviews, but after that, everything will come down to how much understanding you have of the NICMAR courses (PMST, Contracts, Financial Mgmt, etc.) and the basic civil engineering subjects.

The best part about NIT Srinagar is its unique location in the heart of Kashmir almost 1730 meters above sea level. The institute has a beautiful infrastructure which can be understood better through the picture below

Another unique aspect is the winter it experiences which is like no other NIT.

So, the breathtaking surrounding and climate is what sets apart NT Srinagar from other NITs.

My friend has completed his PGDM from the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management recently. His initial years were pleasant with no complaints about the management and the facilities.

But as he got used to his surroundings, he came across internal politics, employees who were not satisfied. The core faculty panel which consisted of 6 professors was changed within a year and a half.

New people replaced the ones on the placement committee. The team went through a complete revamp. Some of the people who joined for placements did not have any manners as to how to approach a company or how to be respectful with them. Even after a number of complaints, the management never paid any attention to any of them.

On contrary to what was promised, the institute only brought in 20-30% companies and they provided packages of only around 60% and the average package was 4-5 LPA.

In addition to that, most of the companies that the institute brought in were giving placements in the sales area. Most of the time, the job descriptions, packages, and even the locations were unclear. The director of the institute is hardly approachable.

The course of infrastructure management does not provide anything distinctive. It is very much like the PGDM program.
