Remarks
I have heard that other colleges provides print for practical experiment's write up and students supposed to fill up blank spaces after taking readings from experiment. This is really time consuming.But in my college this thing is absent. I really feel that this should be adopted by my college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm Mechanical engineer.And the entire curriculum of this course is useful to get practical knowledge.It includes theory subject, maths, practicals.All these are equal important to become successful engineer.It also includes assignments.That helps in revision and also we get hard copy which is useful during exams.This course includes 2 unit test and semester exam for 1 semester.And according there are 8 semester present. Each unit test is of 40 marks per paper. And semester exam is of 80 marks per paper.And 20 marks goes to practicals.This course not only teaches technical knowledge but also helps in improving soft skills, personality, confidence.
Placement Experience
Placements for mechanical students were less as compared to comps it students.But yes there are placements.And college do not provide any internship.but if someone wants to do internship then they definitely help them by giving approval letter. college had provided gate classes, aptitude classes free of cost to their students which is really appreciating.
College Events
Every year college conduct sports that includes outdoor and indoor sports. Technical fest is also conducted. Every year college celebrate garna in college premises.Dance, play, singing,fashion show is also conducted in auditorium.And award function is also conducted to cheer up high ranker students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible. College is providing so many facilities to their students.And they always ready to purchase required software, machines for their students. Therefore I think fee structure is feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
Honestly I don't know about it.But I know one thing.college give 1000rs coupon to those students whose attendance is more than 90 percent.But that coupon is valid in college stationary and in college canteen.This is really appreciating.
Campus Life
College labs are acquired with machines, computers.All are working.sometimes there are server issues.college really promotes extracurricular activities.faculties also take part in to motivate and cheer up their students.even in sports faculties take part and sometimes they force students to become part of it.Theh are like parents. And college give certificate and medal to winning team or member and department trophy is also there for high scoring department in sports.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes.senior students always give feedback on subjects, practicals,exam pattern which was really helpful.senior students always there to guide us in every small thing.And there is coordination between senior students and us through various activities hence that makes us more familiar around them.
Admission
I got selected through Merit list. I had put this college name in 4 th rank.And after getting my name in merit list, I had done all required procedure.I had submitted all required documents to college.
Faculty
Each and every staff of my college is right at their place.They always try to give practical examples along with what present in syllabus.That helps us to introduce real world things.All faculties respect students.And they motivate and appreciate students for doing extraordinary things.Along with that all faculties are strict in case of rules and regulations which is necessary in each education system. College principal always report to all department classes after every 3 month to take feedback of teaching faculties from students.And principal really take action on it.
