College management is basically neutral. They make sure the campus is always peaceful.

Course Curriculum Overview

Cusat University is pretty decent when it comes to curriculum exams and syllabus are also reasonable. There are series exams out of 50 which is the source for internal marks and the university exam is out of 100 along with that lab exams are also there for each sem which is also out of 100.

Placement Experience

Placement offers not that great for other branches except CS branch only it companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys come for placement. So it's difficult for students from the rest of the branches to be placed.

College Events

Art, sports, tech fest every year arts and sports are celebrated usually 3,4-day celebration in both cases also techfests like magnum, the summit is celebrated in alternative years. These tech fests provide a good opportunity for students to showcase their talents in robotics and coding.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For merit fees are about 35k and for management. It was around 65k and for NRI seats. It was around 1.5 lakh something other than this we have to pay exam fees, senate fees, fees for tech fest and other activities and also some additional fees are there.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not opted for scholarships or education loans because I was not eligible for scholarships. Since I belong to the general category.

Campus Life

Campus Life was great and stress-free, unlike private colleges. There are no strict rules and regulations to be followed. There is no huge punishments or huge amount as fine. Students can enjoy their college life well in CEC. CEC gives equal importance to extracurricular activities along with studies.

Alumni/Alumna

They're helpful, in fact, most of the seniors are well placed and there able to communicate with their fellow juniors for the upcoming job opportunities and changes in the technical world.

Admission

I got admission through the Keam entrance exam qualified it and got in the merit list. It took about three allotments. I got a seat in the last allotment within two weeks. I was able to join and after 2,3 week's class started. There are mainly 3 types of seats allotted merit, management, and NRI list.

Faculty

Easy access to facultys. They are few associate professor and also some temporary assistant professor. Student-friendly. Easily approachable. Teaching skills are average. but they try their best to simplify topics. So students get an idea about the topics.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

Likes

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

college provides nice venue good study environment

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

Excellent place for your future journey

Since I don't attend the Keam exam I opt to have an NRI quota.. For NRI Quota there's some process you have to submit the details of the sponsor and your marks in plus2 like physics chemistry marks should be a minimum of 75%..In a class, only 4 NRI quota is allowed..There was no any other counseling the four-person with selected criteria will have the admission based on marks.. if there is another guy they will be in the waiting list.At the age of 18 started Carrier in this college...Read More
