Remarks

Thus is one of best college and I would recommend you to please apply for this college and make your future more bright.

Entrance Preview

To get into this college I have to give JEE mains examination. I scored 150 marks in that exam. So around 150 should be your goal. I opted for this college because it is the best college after L.D college in Ahmedabad.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very effective. We have weakly tests . Mid sems from time to time. Not only studies they have co-curricular activities held from time to time. The faculty are very much supporting in our works. They clear our each and every doubt.

Internships Opportunities

About this I remember they had many companies visiting from time to time including TCS. The stipend offered is around 15k or so and after training they pay up to 30k for their workers.

Placement Experience

4.5

They had a very effective placement team. They had their connection in big big companies. Including TCS, IFFCO etc. They give a very handsome salary and stipend too in the training period.

College Events

A various programs are held including techfest, various competitions, sports etc. Many colleges from all over Gujarat participate in these and its very effective to bring out the talent from the people.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a government college the fee structure is very cheap. Just 1500 rs per year which is too cheap compared to private colleges having fees of 75k for just a year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government college you don't need to take any type of loan as you just have to pay 1500rs for a year and yes, various scholarship exams are held in college from time to time.

Campus Life

4.5

Being a vgec student, I feel proud to be a part of this college. It was such an awesome experience. They had sports facilities available, talend hunt exams, techfest etc everything was just amazing.

Exam Structure

They had tests every week to check their progress of students. Mid sems are held of 30 marks and 70 marks exam of gtu university . Combining which we get marks in SPI form.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
